　　DESCRIPTION

　　Aluminium : DVP 510 / 610 / 630 to use for standard products paint or enamel with solvent base.

　　Aluminium and anodised : DVP S / E to use for water based paint.

　　These pumps comply to ATEX regulations 94/9/EC, protection level II 2 G c T4..T5 X, suitable for use in Zones 1&2. These pumps are compact and easy to clean, designed with an air powered double diaphragm pump Teflon/Rubber, enables to deliver constant fluid flow to supply directly at spray gun without pulsation chamber. Its high performances it to be used in circulating systems, or as a transfer pump for materials with normal viscosity. Please consult your distributor for particular application.

　　IMPORTANT : If you are using the pump with corrosives or abrasives materials, you will need to clean more often the pump or replace parts more frequently. The maximum surface temperature of the pump will depend on the temperature of the fluid being pumped. Max fluid temperature allowed is 90?C.

　　CAUTION BEFORE USE : All pumps are tested with water soluble oil. It is necessary to clean the pump with an appropriate solvent before use. The air supply should be clean, with oil and moisture removed.
